Drawing from decades of experience in military service, federal leadership, cybersecurity, martial arts, nonprofit development, and community engagement, Juan P. Rivera shares practical lessons on how leaders can build influence without ego, lead teams without chaos, and create long-term impact without needing the spotlight.
