Quiet Intensity Leadership Initiative

A Leadership Development Initiative in Partnership with the Rotary Club of Barstow

Practical Leadership. Real World Impact. Stronger Futures.

THE INITIATIVE

The Quiet Intensity Leadership Initiative is a practical leadership development experience designed for individuals who lead, serve, and drive impact in their organizations and communities.

This is not a lecture series. It is an immersive, real-world leadership experience that equips participants with the mindset, discipline, and execution skills to create lasting results — without needing a title.

Rooted in the Quiet Intensity philosophy, this initiative meets leaders where they are and challenges them to show up with greater awareness, operate with sharper focus, and leave a legacy that outlives their role.

Delivered in three focused sessions of 60–90 minutes each, the program is built for busy leaders who need practical tools they can apply immediately — in their club, their organization, their community, and their life.

"We develop leaders who show up, take ownership, and create impact — without needing a title." — Juan P. Rivera
